Seafish is a public body supporting the UK seafood sector to thrive

A skilled and safe workplace is vital to a thriving seafood industry. We provide training, resources and support for employees and employers.

We coordinate safety and skills training courses and resources for people who work on UK-registered fishing vessels. We also provide digital certificates and ID cards for fishing industry workers who have completed training.

Funding to support new entrant, refresher and career development training
