Summary: The focal point of the Charity is Mariners’ Park in Wallasey. The 16 acre parkland site overlooks the River Mersey. Here the Charity has 125 houses for rent, including a 40 place extra care apartment scheme. The 32 place Mariners’ Park Care Home is on the same site. Promoting retired mariners well-being is a key activity and on site there is a Hobbies Room, Games Room, Gym, Hair Salon and Café for residents to use.
The Charity also provides one off grants for essential items and household repairs.
